Grange Hotels, recently taken over by Leonardo Royal, are one of London’s leading hotel groups providing luxury London hotel accommodation, having a total of more than 1,400 rooms, across some 15 sites.

 

A&E Catering Design designed the catering areas within Grange St Paul’s, Grange Tower and Grange Minories, the latter offering five star plus apartment style accommodation.

Grange St. Paul’s offers a sophisticated blend of contemporary style and modern flair; setting new standards for luxury and elegance. Rising 80 feet through the centre of the hotel, the spectacular glass Atrium offers an unrivalled selection of food and beverage opportunities across a range of stylish bars and restaurants.  The Main Kitchen and Novello Restaurant servery are located on the first floor.  A&E worked with the architect to design the servery/buffet counter, incorporating UV bonded glass display cabinets for chilled food with internal lighting to enhance the visibility of the product, rather than the use of old-fashioned, institutional style shelf support gantries.

Nestled within the main Atrium is the Globe Restaurant serving formal breakfast, lunches and dinners, and is also available to hire as a conference venue for meetings and functions. A comprehensive European menu comprises healthy continental options including lobster, salads and pasta, together with a selection of desserts and an extensive cellar of new and old-world wines.

The main function floor on level 2, accommodates a banqueting finishing kitchen equipped to serve 500 covers plated dinner service and up to 1,400 conference delegates.

There are several bars across the building, Ground Floor Silks Bar and Seventh Floor Sky Bar, the latter also providing a finishing kitchen to serve the Roof Terrace Bar and penthouse suite.
