Established in 2002, A&E Catering Design are an independent, fee based consultancy who take professionalism very seriously. To remain at the cutting edge of industry knowledge, legislation and trends, we operate our own comprehensive Continual Development Programme. We believe in operating our business ethically and to a high standard.
We do not assign junior or inexperienced consultants to lead roles on our projects. Few aspects of assignments are routine, especially those in heritage buildings. Continuity of a senior consultant’s full involvement is, in our opinion, essential. Our consultants are imaginative, innovative and experienced in working as part of a collaborative design and project team.
Liz Rose BA hons
Principal
Liz graduated in 1983 and joined Greene Belfield Smith (later to merge with Deloitte Touche), at that time one of the leading foodservice consultant practices in the UK. She worked on many high-profile projects including the then newly constructed QE2 Conference Centre and Sir Terence Conran’s Gatwick North Terminal. In 1998 Liz was appointed Head of Design and Project Management for a commercial kitchen house where she managed the installation of a variety of catering projects, returning to independent consultancy in 2001 to set up A&E Catering Design
Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Interior Design with complimentary modules in Architectural History and Psychology of Design and The Foodservice Consultant Society International (FCSI) Examination of Competency
