Grange Hotels are the capital's
leading independent hotel group providing 15 hotels with luxury five star plus accommodation and conference facilities.
A spectular Atrium, 80 feet through the centre of the hotel, gives rise to a choice of restaurants and bars.
The main kitchen and preparation room supports the 260 seat hotel restaurant. A room service kitchen is located on ground
level and on level one there is a beverage pantry serving meeting rooms, There is a banqueting kitchen producing
up to 500 covers plated and 1400 buffet style on level 2 and Sky Bar on seven serves the roof terrace and penthouse
suite.

two development incorporated a Benihana Japanese Sushi and Hibachi Grill accessible via the street and adjoining
hotel foyer.
A&E were retained by the project team to design this outlet. Ventilation of the individual
'at table' cooking stations provided a key challenge, not only functionally but also aestetically.
The design also included a sushi conveyor, associated storage and preparation areas.

A&E Partnership provided designs for the two restaurants and associated
bars. RELISH situated in the middle of the lobby delivers an every day dining experience with bite-sized meals for mixing
and matching or sharing.
CASA offers exotic fine dining influenced by flavours from around the world.
