A&E Partnership successfully secured the catering design consultancy for the new award-winning office development for Evershed LLP at One Wood Street, London.  The facilities were tailored to meet Evershed's aspiration for excellent quality. The design incorporated a quality branded Coffee Lounge at Ground level accessible from main reception by both staff and visitors.  A production kitchen was located on level six to support the self service staff dining room.  Additionally beverage pantries and a hospitality kitchen were provided on the client and meeting room floors.  Implementation of a cashless payment system formed part of the design brief.	A&E Partnership won the tender to provide independent consultancy services to carry out a review of the existing catering facilities, the aim to assess the viability of retaining, refurbishing or replacing existing equipment and advise the Bank how to obtain best value for money. Emphasis was placed on designing a catering facility not only safe and efficient to use, easy to clean and maintain but also to satisfy legislative requirements and encourage 'best practice'.	Liz and Tony were appointed as Foodservice Consultants to assist T-Mobile UK in defining their overall catering strategy and facility design and also to project manage the catering fit-out package as novated consultants to the design and build contractor, Ibex Interiors.   The six building, 3,600 staff HQ campus in Hatfield incorporated two main staff restaurants each seating 250 people, four high street branded coffee bars and one hot and cold Deli.  These outlets were supported by one central production kitchen and two satellite kitchens at point of service.
