We aim to meet, where possible, the BREEAM expectation within our field of influence, including but not limited to
refrigeration systems, insulation and leak detection, waste management, composting or decomposition and grease management.
As a practice we are proactive within the foodservice industry and involved in a number of sustainability initiatives.
At Partner level we actively contribute to The Catering for a Sustainable Future Association (CSFA), an industry taskforce
set up to develop ideas and initiatives to promote energy savings in commercial kitchens. We seek to carry forward the
philosophy into our designs and by embracing resiource-saving technology and energy recovery solutions secure financial benefits
for our clients."
