Tony has over thirty five years
experience in foodservice equipment design and supervision of catering installations. He believes in simplicity and
flexibility of design. His solutions are innovative and cost effective.
Recent projects include designing
catering facilities at two new 5 star London hotels for the Grange Group including full banqueting services. In
the education sector, a new School of Catering & Hospitality for the Boston College site at Spalding, Lincolnshire..
Tony is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International and Chair of the FCSI EAME Board

In 1983 Liz joined a leading international
foodservice consultant practice and gained wide experience across all industry sectors working on prestigious projects such
as the QE2 Conference Centre and Gatwick North Terminal.
In 1998 she joined a top kitchen house and project
managed a variety of different installations including the refurbishment of the Royal Kitchens at Buckingham
Palace.
Forming A&E Partnership in 2002 her recent projects include the strategic and detailed desgin
of T-Mobile UK HQ at Hatfield, City legal firm Stephenson Harwood and student and catering faculty facilties for York
College and Hertford Regional College.
