business.
Our team will appraise a current facility, its design and operation, undertake detailed condition surveys
of existing building fabric and catering equipment and explore options for menu and style of service.
We
will assist in developing the business case, providing feasibililty studies, option appraisals, financial modelling and
benchmarking.

A&E Partnership believe developing
a detailed design brief is vital to success.
We will work with our Client to understand the specific requirements
of the project, the limitations of the building and budget restrictions.
Our team will produce concept designs
in 2D and 3D exploring how the space available can best be utilised.
We will discuss and fine tune the concepts
with the client and design team, providing preliminary M&E and cost plan information.

Once the concept is agreed we
will detail the design, laising closely with the end-users, project and design teams.
We will detail our drawings
in plan and elevation, identify specific catering equipment models, M&E terminations, cost plan updates, critical
dimensioning and equipment specific site conditions as necessary.
Our team will collate all information and
drawings into a detailed performance and workmanship standards specification suitable for competitive tendering.

Whether formal competitive tendering or obtaining quotations, A&E Partnership will put together
a package of documents to assist the process.
Our detailed, robust specifications and pricing schedules are
written in such a way as to ensure returned costs can be compared on a like-for-like and fair basis.
We will analyse returned bids to ensure their compliance and make recommendations and contract negotiate as
appropriate, attending contractor interviews if required.

A&E Partnership will
continue to monitor the construction on site stage of the project or works to ensure the design intent and specification is fully
met by the contractor.
We will comment and status all catering contractor/fabricator drawings and
we will review other trade drawings as necessary.
Our team will monitor site progress, attend co-ordination meetings,
resolve queries.and manage change requests.
Once the equipment is installed we will witness testing and commissioning,
review O&M Manuals and monitor the snagging and defects rectification.

A&E Partnership highly value
this final stage and will provide client support during the handover, mobilisation and opening phases.
We will
assist the QS is preparing final accounts, warranty and Health & Safety file information.
Our team are
able to offer operational support throughout the implementation process and via the A&E Consulting Network provide caterer operator tendering, co-ordinate specific on-site training programmes and carry out post handover audits and
reviews.
A&E Partnership also offer a 12 month end of defects liability inspection if required.
